GLADSTONE, NJ — June 24, 2026 — Propel Health Communications (PHC), a full-service marketing agency serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients, today announced the addition of two subject-matter experts to its team: Sheri Levitt, VP, Data Insights and Intelligence; and Abby Dugan, VP, Director of Media. These leaders represent an expanding expertise in omnichannel engagement at PHC.
“This is a truly exciting milestone for the agency. Since Day 1, we have been committed to building an engagement and omnichannel offering that delivers meaningful impact for brands in rare and complex disorders,” says Carolyn O’Neill, Managing Director of Strategy and Creative. “These additions to our team represent our commitment to creating a best-in-class integrated offering that serves the needs of our client base.”

Levitt brings over 15 years of experience driving analytics-led growth across healthcare, pharma, tech, CPG, and retail. At PHC, she is focused on expanding data strategy capabilities and embedding forward-looking insight and analytics more meaningfully across strategy, creative, customer experience, and engagement.

Dugan joins the team to lead PHC’s growing media practice, having worked in media for 22 years. For the past decade, she has worked exclusively in the pharmaceutical space at leading media agencies. She will focus on driving paid media strategies that reach, engage, and convert target audiences across the omnichannel experience.
“Levitt and Dugan will help us deliver on our promise: an end-to-end model that can deliver from strategy through to execution and optimization, providing a best in class-customer experience,” says Tanya Schaffer, Executive Director, Customer Experience. “We’re thrilled to welcome experts of this caliber. They will be a key part of how we continue to propel impact for our clients.”
